I'm Laurie!
As someone who has lived, worked, and traveled across multiple countries, I’ve seen how complex and confusing immigration systems can be especially here in the U.S.
I work full-time in logistics, where I manage details, timelines, and compliance every day skills that helped me tremendously when navigating my own immigration process as a Haitian immigrant.
I created this platform because I know how overwhelming it feels to search for answers and feel like you're figuring it out alone. This space is for people like me and like you, people who need clarity, support, and a trusted voice to walk alongside them.
You won’t get legal advice here, but you will get tools, guidance, and real talk that can make a difference.

Why I Do It
Navigating the immigration process is something I’ve lived through personally and it wasn’t easy. Like many others, I didn’t grow up with access to resources or guidance on how to deal with paperwork, policy changes, or the emotional toll of uncertainty.
I’ve seen how isolating and confusing the journey can be, especially for those in the Haitian community and other underserved groups. That’s why I created this platform: to give people a place to feel seen, supported, and informed.
My goal is to help others like me move forward with confidence, knowing they’re not alone.
